We provide the client with real-time access to our translations for client review and real time access to all client glossary lists. We also use an advanced platform for accounting and ERP. We also provide our clients with real time access to their accounts and all transactions against their account. The client can access all financial data, pay for invoices and log support cases from within one interface.

We make sure your original deadline can be accommodated and never agree to a deadline we can’t meet. Our on-time delivery percentage was 99.6% in 2012, and we were early on approximately 7% of all projects. When we completed projects early, we typically delivered early by approximately 2 days.
