There are situations when it makes sense to limit the translation memory or apply a filter so that you are only using a portion of the database.

In order to limit the translation memory or TM to specific clients simply follow these steps in the crossDesk interface.

1. Choose the “plug” icon in the upper right hand corner of the crossDesk view as shown below.

2. Next, click on the Relations checkbox as shown below.

3. Then chose the client or clients you would like to include in your translation memory searches as shown below.

You can also use this procedure to filter on other settings like date, subject matter, projects, etc.
