If you do not have an electronic file for your source document, we provide Template Design services; a desktop publisher will recreate the look and feel of your paper document in the most appropriate software application.
The publishing process has only just begun when a translation is imported into a document. A few of the many quality assurance checks executed during this stage include:
Formatting adjustments as needed, including page flow accommodation, font application, language-specific punctuation, index/table of contents generation, graphic editing, and more
Linguistic tests to ensure that a client’s software list or glossary has been consistently implemented across an entire project
Thorough review of the entire document (regardless of level of match from translation memory) in multiple stages of the production cycle by various individuals on our team
Basic cultural analysis, including checks for inappropriate phrasing or product names
