Argo Translation, Inc. Offering Free Spanish Translation of Human Resource Documents
Argo Translation, Inc. announced today that they are offering free certified human resources documents in Spanish. The documents will be especially helpful to manufacturing facilities. After numerous questions have been asked about the lack of proper translation in the manufacturing industry, Argo Translation has answered with a free offering for Human Resource Professionals. Unfortunately, recent reports state that machine translation is becoming the accepted norm for translating important professional documents. Automatic translation or machine translation is not acceptable in a manufacturing facility or any place a life may be at risk from the consequences of a poor translation.
Because of this lack of proper translation, Peter Argondizzo, Argo Translation’s President and Operations Manager , has decided to extend a free, certified employee application and work place safety checklist translated into Spanish to all manufacturing facilities that may need it to better serve their Spanish-speaking employees. The form is also available in an English version so Human Resource professionals can verify exactly what the employee is reading.
Argondizzo says, “After hearing from many prospective clients about the lack of proper translation in the manufacturing industry, we decided something needed to be done to solve at least a small portion of the problem. The forms we have translated can be used by anyone in the industry to better serve Spanish-speaking employees with confidence.” Argondizzo continues, “We realize that this is a small step in the right direction but we hope this initiative causes some momentum with other projects we are pursuing in partnership with local organizations.”
